Fresher Fresher To provide a point of contact and act as a focal point of communication between visitors and employees Answering visitor inquiries about a company and its products or services Directing visitors to the concerned taking and maintiang inventories Maintaining and updating the visitor register with relevant details Promote good employee relations To provide additional support to Reception when necessary Provide administrative support to the Management Maintain the attance of all the employees Ensure health and safety at the workplace Ensure the reception area is clean tidy, pleasant and welcoming to visitors and staff Business travel arrangements for employees Handling incoming and outgoing mails, Answering incoming calls, Setting appointments, filing, records keeping, maintaining decorum in the lobby, keeping a check on the visitors and informing the Management in case of any suspicious activity# Office based profile NO Field Work
